GOST Certification in Uzbekistan

Each type of certification in Uzbekistan, such as voluntary product certification and mandatory product certification, is carried out under certain conditions. In the conditions of the market economy of Uzbekistan, Uzbek certification is the main means of ensuring that products meet the requirements of Uzbek regulatory documents, protecting the health and safety of citizens and preserving the environment.

The organisation and implementation of certification in Uzbekistan is carried out by homogeneous production certification bodies accredited by the agency ‘Uzstandart’ in the prescribed order.

In the process of certification in Uzbekistan, it is verified that the production meets the requirements set out in the normative documents for certified production, which include the list of characteristics (indicators), control and test methods for certification checks.

When certifying in Uzbekistan, in addition to normative documents on specific production, normative acts and other officially issued certification schemes are followed, which set out mandatory requirements for production.


Procedure for GOST-UZ certification of conformity in Uzbekistan: first preliminary information, drawings, manuals, photographs, draft commercial invoices, contracts, bills of lading or waybills, prepared for me, and then I give the expert confirmation.
